TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)
*Failing to abide by the following terms will justify your blacklisting from my commission requests. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!
★ GENERAL INFORMATION
-I can refuse accepting a commission for any reason, without explanation.
-The time taken to complete a piece may range from 1-3 WEEKS, OR OVER A MONTH, depending on the type and complexity of the art commissioned, and my personal availabilities.
-I will NOT accept ANY NSFW commissions, this includes ANYTHING SUGGESTIVE OR INVOLVING GORE.
-The art I create BELONGS SOLELY TO MYSELF AND THE COMMISSIONER. No external party can use it for any reason.
-My work CANNOT BE RESOLD, COPIED OR REPUBLISHED, PHYSICALLY OR DIGITALLY, IN ANY MANNER, IN REAL LIFE OR ON ANY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORM.
-I retain INTELLECTUAL RIGHTS OVER ANY ARTWORK SOLD.
-MY ART CANNOT BE USED IN ANY AI TRAINING SOFTWARES, as NFTs OR as CRYPTOCURRENCY.
-Payment method will be through PAYPAL
-Payment will be upfront. I will begin the commission once the invoice is paid.
★ ADDITIONAL NOTES
-Revisions on a sketch are free.
-First 3 revisions on a completed piece are free. If you wish to go above 3 revisions, additional charges will be added. Please keep that in mind!
-I will NOT share any personal information that is shared to me when completing the transaction. Your safety is my top priority, visitor!
